Madeline Ross is a mother, licensed professional clinical counselor, and dedicated guide in embodied healing. Madeline received her master’s from University of San Diego’s Clinical Mental Health Counseling program. Additionally, she is a certified Anada Meditation Teacher and Reiki Level 2 practitioner. With one year of Somatic Experiencing® training, she supports individuals in reconnecting with their bodies, restoring joy, wonder, and hope as essential elements of well-being.
Madeline provides counseling and therapy for individuals, adults, teens, couples and families. With her clients, Madeline pulls from several therapeutic approaches including Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Resiliency Model, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Attachment Theory. With a history of serving across multiple clinical environments, including school-based settings and working with clients impacted by sexual assault, domestic violence, and addiction, Madeline has learned to tailor treatment to the each client’s unique set of needs.
Her work focuses on the intersections of trauma, disordered eating, pregnancy, birth, and motherhood, offering holistic support that honors the wisdom of mind, body and spirit. She believes in partnering with the self, listening deeply to the body’s messages, and reclaiming the power of choice and peace in healing.
Guided by nature, ritual and cycles, her approach aims to address current limiting patterns and support in restoring trust in life and the natural rhythms of the body. Ultimately, Madeline aims to help clients rediscover resilience and harmony within. Through compassionate presence and somatic awareness, she invites each person into a deeper relationship with themselves—one that is grounded, wise, and whole.
